The Ofiveone was a parochialy famous club in Liverpool, active from 1994-2012 and was an epicentre of Scouse House a particularly bouncy, vocal and euphoric take on house, that led to North Westerly specific takes on trance and progressive sounds too. A club that was made by the people from the city for people in the city. It was a place you knew you could go and there was absolutely no limit to how wrecked you could get. I wanted to make an experimental form of documentation about the club while I still have the feeling of what it was like to be there and how important is has been in forming and encapsulating of the Scouse identity at the turn of the century.
